These are internal tools we built to make client projects seamless, from the first proposal to the last round of feedback. You will use both when we work together. Plus two free Chrome extensions anyone can use. And if your team needs something like them, we can build it for you too.
From first call to signed.
Branded client proposals on a private link. Clients read, sign, and pay in one place, and we see every open, forward, and signature.
Team sign-in is for the 5Four team, with a 5Four Google account.
We paste in the discovery call transcript and AI drafts the summary and tailors each service to you. Then we pick the services, set the scope, add relevant case studies, and edit it in our own words.
You get a private link that can’t be guessed, with a personal note and a clear date the proposal is valid until.
We see when the proposal is opened, revisited, or forwarded to someone new on your team, so we follow up at the right time with the right people.
You sign on screen and download your signed agreement. The proposal locks, the deposit invoice goes out, and kickoff gets scheduled.
Client feedback, pinned to the page.
Clients click anything on their site and leave a note right there. Every comment arrives with a screenshot, the page, the screen size, and the exact element, so nobody has to guess what the button at the top means.
Team sign-in is for the 5Four team, with a 5Four Google account.
One link per project. You type your name once. No account, no password.
Click Comment, click the spot, and write the note. Attach logos, photos, copy docs, and PDFs, reply to us, and mark things done.
Every comment lands in our dashboard with its screenshot and details, and we reply, fix, and resolve each one.
Claude Code reads the open comments, makes the fixes, checks each one at the screen size it was reported on, and replies once we have signed off.
Two Chrome extensions we built for our own design research and strategic audits, and use on every 5Four project. Free to use, no account needed.
Generate a visual stylescape from any website with a single click. It pulls colors, typography, imagery, and layout patterns into a board you can share.
Get an instant strategic audit of any homepage hero. It checks message clarity, audience signal, CTA direction, and trust the way a senior brand strategist would.
No. Open the review link, type your name once, and start commenting. There is nothing to install and no password.
Only the people on your project and our team. Screenshots and attachments stay private to your project.
No. It loads only for people who open the review link. Everyone else sees the site as it is.
When you sign, the proposal locks and we save the signature with the time and device. You can download the signed agreement right away.
We send a short new proposal for the change, so the original agreement stays exactly as you signed it.
Yes. Stylescape Generator and Hero Insight are both free on the Chrome Web Store, built by the 5Four team for our own research and shared for anyone to use.
Stylescape Generator reads the page you’re on to build the board, and Hero Insight reads the hero section you point it at. Neither needs an account. Details are on each Chrome Web Store listing.
Yes. Tell us the slow step in your process on a strategy call, and we’ll scope a tool for it, built in accounts you own.
Each one started as a slow step on our own projects. We build the same kind of tool for clients, on the same stack as your site, in accounts you own.
